    Sadly, I'm not sure if I've already passed out at a BestBuy or not. Thinking back on a long career of blacking out and taking lil' drinkie naps here and there, I can remember an intoxicated trip to BestBuy, doing my best Hunter S Thompson, but I don't remember leaving. I know I left eventually, because I'm not there now. I'm somewhere else. I bet I owe them $15. Stupid amends. #bestbuy

    So why exactly would you go to an electronics store in the middle of the night, necessitating their being open 24 hours a day? I don't recall the last time I had an uncontrollable urge to buy a TV at 3:00 in the morning. I guess you can buy games and movies at Best Buy, but that doesn't seem like it's the whole story. #bestbuy

    @COCOViper: Except that the Best Buy one I could have delivered, and have my old monstrosity removed for free in the process. Also, if it doesn't work, I'm fucked and have to pay and ship it back.

    And technically, you are legally required to report online purchases, and pay tax on them. They just don't really have a way of enforcing it.

    Where as, if I go to Best Buy. Sure I stand in line for a few hours. But I keep local people employed, pay taxes at a time when states are hurting for revenue to provide basic services to people, get my TV delivered in less than 24 hours, and if the one they deliver doesn't work, they take it back and bring me a new one. #blackfridaydeals
