WTF is the point. A kettle is supposed to boil water. Its simple. Put water in kettle, switch on, wait for it to switch off, pour boiled water into beverage vessel of choice. Why do you need variable temperatures and readouts on the handle?
@Baldyman1966: Tea and coffee can both be said to require very specific temperatures. If people want to spend extra to indulge their desires, who cares? At least they're not buying pear audio cables and saying how "clean" the sound is...
As for the Veyron it didn't hold it for long Thought the Giz would check that Ultimate Aero is faster still I wonder how people will handle hitting a bug(of any kind) at 300mph
A sports car limo seems like an oxymoron. If you're going to get driven around at high speeds in a row of seats with other screaming happy passengers, why not just go to Six Flags and take a roller coaster ride?
Luckily I happened to have gathered salt packs from McDonalds for the past few years and have made my own salt flat. Now I have something to drive on it with in style.
@mhlaxp: I clicked on your profile and noticed you had 31 followers and no friends. Meaning you have yet to <3 a single commenter. They want to <3 you, but you don't <3 back. Until you <3 yourself, your <3 will always be broken. <3 yourself, do not be afraid to <3 others, and soon, follower by follower, friend by friend, <3'er by <3'er, your life will be filled with <3, and you will never feel lonely again.

As for the Veyron, it'll likely never hold the record as long as the venerable (and far lovelier) McLaren F1 did. :)
