Vid, the proprietary (and simple) voice calling software from Logitech, is getting updated to support 720p HD. Logitech's also putting out four new compatible HD cameras, some of them super cheap, and one of them that does 1080p (local recording).
Sony Ericsson's upcoming C510 (Kate) Cybershot phone has been floating around for a while now, but these images from Daily Mobile represent the first decent look at it.

Garmin's new StreetPIlot c550 adds Bluetooth to the c series, as well as a built-in TMC traffic receiver. (Most other Garmin navigation units require you to purchase the TMC hardware separately [not to mention pay a monthly fee for TMC data].)
