    First of all, aluminum doesn't rust/corrode anyway. Even when scratched. Why use this rough paint when a simple anodized finish can get you a macbook-sexy finish?

    @Migo: My experience is that anodized finishes are easier to scratch than bare al...


    Additionally the sexyness of macbooks is very subjective.

    Would the capsule match the paint? I don't see how they could if you wanted a custom colour so they would have to be clear or opaque. I think it's a great idea for commercial use, not in a home with children though.

    This sounds like a cool idea, but what happens to the paint if it is hit from a blunt object? Would it create bumps and warps on the surface?
