Tom Holland, who made Child’s Play and Fright Night, is returning to his favorite genre with a new movie that sounds intriguing despite its title. Rock Paper Dead. is about a serial killer who’s released from an asylum after 20 years and returns to his former home, where the ghosts of his dark past await.
The Child’s Play series—now up to six films, with a seventh apparently underway—is now best-known for its campier entries, especially 2004’s Seed of Chucky. But the 1988 original doesn’t take that tone at all. Yes, it’s still about a killer doll. But it’s also surprisingly unsettling, for a variety of reasons.
Was Godzilla inspired by an overweight stagehand? Does Count Dracula have more English actor in his background than Eastern European prince? And does Chucky trace his roots to a little boy and his creepy doll in Key West? We look at some of the legendary tales of real people behind fictional monsters.
Burger King asked Dubai-based ad agency Tonic to come up with a print campaign advertising BK's late night hours. What did Tonic whip up? Horror icons like Freddy and Chucky gobbling Whoppers and fries. WTF?

Some people may think that their child's privacy is too precious, but other's don't give a damn. Here's Chad the dad and Trey the bay-bay giving an iPhone master class. He's good. See how he flicks through his dad's photos with insouciant ease after the jump.
Our buddy Ramon (who if you remember, created the ultimate Legend of Zelda Wii mod) has done it again. This time he's taken an otherwise plain-Jane Nintendo DS Lite and turned it into a Legend of Zelda masterpiece that Miyamoto would be proud to use himself on the train to work every morning—that is, if he didn't have…
