'Interweb' - sounds like something from a SNL Sarah Palin bit...

"Federal deficit? Well, you know, that's a serious issue. Yep, I read all about it on that Interweb thingee."

Wait, let me get this straight.

Loads of people in China have gained enough wealth to open decently sized bank accounts, and a large number of them probably have had little to no prior experience with banking. Those same people are likewise on the Internet, which they didn't have before, and probably don't have much basic sense when it comes to browsing. To top it off, despite Microsoft's efforts to plug up whatever holes crop up in Windows, a lot of people won't either care or have the know-how to stay on top of it, owing to the fact that the vast majority of Windows installations are pirated in China.

That's more or less accurate, right?

I've got a cow with an udder full of milk, and her name is China! Woo-heeeeeee!

Every computer i work on i make sure it has adequate protection in the form of browser, antivirus, and firewall(hardware OR software); along with some computer-user confidence building.

Err...so can this possibly be construed as a positive for those of us in the Anglophone world? Or does this just mean that the number of malware programmers is rising proportionally to the increasing size of China's internet-using population?
