I got the same thing for Gamecube for like $20 a few years ago. I don't have a wii but the plug is the same right? I think it was from Lik-Sang.com before they were put out of business.
@Onion_Knight: Since when did the Playstation controller become a "real" controller? Maybe we'll get lucky and Saitek will have a go at it. You know, make some controllers fit for man-sized hands. No Wii Classic pad-style controllers, no undersized 360 controllers, and for damn sure nothing that causes the Playstation Claw.
@Onion_Knight: I'm actually a fan of the Thrustmaster joystick, which was based on the design of the F4 Phantom control stick. You know, something that was designed with the understanding that peoples' lives depended on it being the poster child for ergonomics. But Saitek's PC game controller works in a pinch.
It is a kinda wierd thing, though, since I'm perfectly comforable using a mouse-sized mouse pinched between my thumb and ring finger, while most full-sized mice feel awkward to my apparently long fingers (if a regular mouse doesn't have a pronounced hump to it, and the buttons depress with a light touch, I tend to get a ton of accidental button-pushes). I did better with the original DS Phat, up until they came out with the Nerf Armor for the DS Lite (now my Phat barely sees any use).
now why couldn't Nintendo get this right the first time? Most of the time we buy third party controls cause even though they suck, they are cheaper then the original. As we see here its the other way around, this control rocks while the original Nintendo one (wile being cheaper) is a little plain and sucky.

btw... that spelling of "Old Skool" is just a sad attempt at trying to appear hip. *sigh*

I recently purchased an SNES USB controller for retro gaming on my Netboo...er...mini laptop.
It feels and works the same and is easily stowed and carried.
