    @Michai: Reduction? Not many girls I know want reduction surgery. They would however love to keep the breasts they had as a teenager or young adult.

    Give it five years and I lay you odds this will be as common as a breast enhancement is today. Especially as an add on to a breast enhancement, though silicon is probably going to be replaced with stem cells soon, most women I know don't like having breasts that sag, or the stretch marks that come with sag, or the constant backaches from lack of support of several pounds of flesh that is layered ABOVE the muscles and only held up by skin.

    Not everyone likes women with breasts so small they look like adolescent boys, nor do all women want to have to wear a bra at all times simply to keep their breasts from causing back aches.

    My roommate for one has DD breasts, and she took one look at this and wanted to know where to get it. Too bad it's only offered in Israel right now. #surgicallyimplantedbra

    @Rosa Golijan: @DaveNorth: I think if a woman is having serious back strain due to breast size, then breast reduction surgery is probably recommended. This Cup&up surgery would merely shift that same strain to the ribcage and potentially cause serious damage to the collarbone and sternum. The best advice would be proper diet and exercise, a professional bra fitting for a custom support bra, and as a last resort, the least invasive and minimal reduction surgery necessary to reduce strain. #surgicallyimplantedbra

More often than not, a married woman younger than about 32 who gets a boob job (either on her own or with her husband's support and assistance) has essentially just put her Man "on notice" and the clock is ticking, whether she means to or not.

    @Rosa Golijan: I would tend to agree, but providing lift and support tends to alter shape, and as such make them appear larger.

    And, probably not much longer until that support also comes with the ability to insert saline/silicon to act as a sort of internal push-up bra. #surgicallyimplantedbra

    I feel sad for women who feel like they have to buy this. There are quite a number of men who don't give two craps how big a woman's bust is when her personality is what really counts for long-term attractiveness and happiness.

    That said, the boobs in the video looked like they were exploding - hilarity ensues. #inflatablebracommercial

    @blash: Breasts are the central hub of the females womanship, it's not just a matter of beauty I think.

    Some woman have to remove their breasts due to cancer and others are born with little to no breasts. Imagine the equivalent in us guys... In those cases, I think it's valid (not just this product specifically, but cosmetic augmentation in general).

    @TheAlmeida: The complete removal (due to cancer or other reasons) is traumatic, just like it is in men. But size? Nope - it's not the size of the boat that counts but the motion of the ocean - and the same idea applies to women. #inflatablebracommercial
