@mattycakes: Truly. That's the kind of clock that you buy, then put in a case, then put that case in a case, then lock that case in a vault. Then set up lasers around it.
I find the message of this product remarkably important, discursively speaking. Every time we use a product we are breaking it, just like this clock. It reminds me of an artwork by Chris Burden, called "Samson", which consists on a huge hydrauliuc jack connected to a gear box and a turnstile.
" The 100 ton jack pushes two large timbers against the bearing walls of the museum. Each visitor to the exhibition must pass through the turnstile in order to see the exhibition. Each input on the turnstile ever so slightly expands the jack, and ultimately, if enough people visit the exhibition, Samson could theoretically destroy the building. Like a glacier its powerful movement is imperceptible to the naked eye. This sculptural installation subverts the notion of the sanctity of the museum (the shed that houses art)."
Samson is currently assembled in a museum near my city (Belo Horizonte, Brazil), awesome experience. #clockvase
I'm sincerely and incredibly surprised that nobody has slipped in a crack about Apple products yet... and the whole typical spiel about how "when they break, it's not a bug, it's a feature."
ha, there. now you're not clever or funny for saying it. so... don't. #clockvase
@Rosa Golijan: And your next suggestion is that I stare at myself in the mirror until I find myself beautiful? Or that I wake up every day and rip another page off my 365 a day motivational calendar?
@KassiaHaoe: No use lying to yourself if you're none of those things. All I was saying is that I'm sure you could be a nice person, that's it. #clockvase

No, seriously, it's a 7, but I hate it when people write it like that. #milkywayalarmclock

@Kaiser-Machead: I appreciate the reference and FLW is badass...but have you seen a Wright building? I
mean I guess it is white and round...
What, what in god's name is a kruller?
