    $1,110 dollars?? No offense but it looks like it was made for about 3 bucks out of an old disposable camera housing. And the blue accents don't justify a price increase of $225 over the GR Digital III...

    $1,100 gets me 648x480 video and digital zoom?

    Excuse me if I don't claw at my pants in a desperate bid to get my wallet out. Why is digital zoom even a feature on anything these days?

    @Thee Sea: Because it has a prime lens, there's no optical zoom, and that's a feature, not a bug.

    @Thee Sea: Agreed, I meant the lack of optical zoom is a feature, not a bug. The lens wouldn't be as good if they had to cram a zoom mechanism into the same packaging.

    But with that price, plus absurd brazilian importing taxes, I guess it'll be pretty much impossible...

    As much as I loved the movie, I'm pretty standoffish about special cases and promo crap that revolve around the only thing that really truly matters: the DVD. I'll be getting the plain-Jane version come release, and maybe I'll get a lamp that looks a lot like Luxo later on, from a garage sale.

    Okay boys, there are only 497 left now because I decided I needed two - because the sweet sound of Ferrari goodness only works with their sweet touch next to each ear.


    Seriously, why? If you are driving around in a Ferrari and the person in the passenger seat interrupts the sound of that engine with as little as a burp I would be pissed.
