I wish I could get some of this stuff integrated into Windows Media Center. Right now, their "Internet TV" app would be worthwhile if it had content like this.
Sorry to be spammy, but I wanted to share a video I shot of the new Channel Store and interface in action for those that don't have the software update (or even a box) yet: [www.zatznotfunny.com]
@Calzo: No, that's exactly what I was referring to. The overall message I got from that article when it was originally posted was that it isn't confirmed but that it sounds likely. And my point was that maybe things like this indicate this is in fact the case.
I wonder how long before Apple creates its own search engine or drops Google as default search engine for Safari and Mobile Safari. It would be a good use for Apple huge server farm they are building. #googleonebox
@taoprophet420: I'm hoping they use those for handling iPhone OS updates! Those things are so damn unreliable.. But are getting better with each update nevertheless. #googleonebox
It's nice to see Apple come to terms with it's competition. I would've guessed for Apple to approve/release a Google Voice app before an app for Rhapsody, but only 64kbps? Go figure.
@dingus: Well i agree the resistive does suck greatly, but as a cheap phone that can get many more people into a begging android i am all for it. I won't buy one, most of the tech community won't, but the average person isn't going to know the difference and get to experience android for next to nothing.
While it bothers me that we were left at the bottom of the barrel, I am very happy to hear this news! I just installed the last.fm app today, haven't tried it so maybe I'll love it and won't care about Pandora anymore.
I am glad to see Android working it's way up the mobile ladder as it deserves.
@fdisk: No. I tried loving last.fm, but it's a pale shadow of Pandora. From where I'm sitting, it's either Pandora, or go back to MP3s. So it is a very good thing that Pandora is coming to Android.
So Emusic didn't make the list of a place to buy music? I don't know how much random stuff I have found there, and until the record label decides they want more money and pull it off Emusic, its normally the cheapest out there. Also for music blogs, what about 'music for robots' and 'neon gold beat company' (formerly goodweatherforairstrickes). If anything, search for some of the old M3 volume compilations/samplers that goodweatherforairstrikes put out. Just my two cents and happy music hunting.

-release of apple tablet
-continuing success of apple tablet
-sony/dell release their own tablet, hp releases dreamscreen 2
-apple fans go "another apple product M$ stole!"
I'm only at terms with this because i've excepted it as truth and stopped caring.

Unless they're gonna make a Jamendo app? Anybody? Anybody? No? Ok.
