If you hosted your own daily talk show and had to kill 43 minutes of air with no writers backing you up, you'd eventually pull out stuff you have lying around the office and try and make a sketch out of it. This is exactly what Conan does, making with the OS X Photo Booth Filters like every teenage kid who visits an Apple store. Except when Conan does it, it's kinda creepy. [Late Night]

Mad Katz to Make Wireless and Wired Rock Band Instruments

Mad Katz, maker of mediocre third-party gaming peripherals, has just signed a deal with MTV and Harmonix to start pumping out instruments for Rock Band of both the wireless and wired variety. On the one hand, having cheap, wireless Rock Band equipment would be awesome for people who want to get a bass player rocking with them. On the other hand, if the first-person peripherals are failing left and right, what do you think the rate of success on Mad Katz's take on them will be? 75%? 50%? It might not be pretty. After the jump, Mad Katz's announcement as well as an amazing video of Conan O'Brien and his staff playing Rock Band.

In a pretty great move, NBC is planning on having streaming episodes of last night's Late Night with Conan O'Brien up by noon PST the next day, letting people have lunch (or afternoon slack off) time with Conan. [NBC]

Conan O'Brien Visits Lucasfilm, Intel

Late Night's Conan O'Brien recently traveled out to San Francisco to shoot a week's worth of shows. During his time out there he managed to visit some pretty famous studios, including Lucasfilm and Intel (who were sponsoring his San Franscisco shows). Check out part 1 of his Lucasfilm visit above, and after the jump watch part 2 of the visit and also see him suck on the teet of his Intel sponsor (in a funny way).

NBC used their fists of fury to bully Youtube into taking down the video hosted there of the Intel visit. That is strange because NBC has a Youtube account that the other two Conan clips are uploaded from. Hopefully NBC will be uploading shortly.

Conan O'Brien played Wii Sports Tennis with Real Tennis star Serena Williams and ran wild all over her. For all of the utter garbage that's on YouTube, it's clips like this that make it worthwhile.
