I like the design, but I'd like it a lot more if it didn't have that HUGE logo on it. Totally ruins the otherwise clean design.

It's disappointing to hear that it doesn't really live up to its exterior. I had high hopes for the Cooler being able to open up the market a bit, but from the sound of the review it seems like anyone who uses one will be disappointed.

"Meaning, you can only turn pages with either your right or left hand" I found that line really funny before I read the next line.... thinking "as appose to your mid hand?".

There is only one reason that I have not bought one of these readers and it is the annoying black and white flashing it does every time we turn a page. It hurts my eyes ahhhhhhh.

well, since your fielding questions Jason:

Did you register at a car dealership and hope some rich uncle would come out of the wood work? I have always wanted to try that one, but i can't seem to keep a girl locked in the basement long enough.

Jason- When "flipping" the page does it do that black flashing the Kindle does? I suppose it does, but didn't hurt to ask! :D

Honestly, an e-Book reader isn't really for me. (I prefer books) But, I'd rather pay the $100.00 premium for the Kindle based on the extra features and better interface you get.

@Diogo Andre De Assumpcao: I think the screen on the Cooler is technically not as good - only capable of 4 shades of gray rather than the 16 available on the Kindle. But the Kindle's native font isn't as dark as the Cooler, at least from what I can tell from the pictures. The font on the Kindle can be changed with a simple and safe 3rd party hack though, which I've done and highly recommend.
