    Am I the only one who prefers a ps3 controller to the 360 controller??


    Of course, for FPS, I play on my PC (love thems mouse and keyboards), so maybe that's my issue?

    I find it trivial and ridiculous to exhibit such strong emotional feelings towards controllers such as "hate" and "love".


    A controller is simply a controller, and both common sense tells us that the Xbox 360's controller and the PS3's controller are not only reasonable comfortable to use and pragmatic, but aren't all that different either.


    Shut the fuck up, fanboys.

    Actually..... they are completely different..... and each has their own strengths and weaknesses. Anyone who can't tell the differences..... can't be a very skilled gamer. The 360 controller is far superior for shooters of any kind. The PS3 controller is superior for fighters. It depends upon what type of games you like to play as to which you think is the better controller. Also what type of grip you like to use..... if you use a "claw" grip.... you probably prefer the PS3 controller. If you use a standard grip..... you probably prefer the 360 controller.

    Great for shooters, terrible for fighters.


    I might get it for Killzone 2 (if it doesn't use the D-Pad for quick switching) or Street Fighter IV (So I can buy an arcade stick that's compatible with Windows without having to find drivers), but other than that, I'd just prefer the Dualshock 3.

    @CatboyMac's angry girlfriend: You do know the PS3 fightpads and arcade sticks are compatible with ANY OS correct? They are "standard" USB devices, so you don't need to use MS's crappy drivers.

    @GumbyX: @CatboyMac's angry girlfriend: Yeah, I can confirm this, I've used Hori Fighting Stick 3s on windows XP and Vista (3 different ones)
