If you’re a geeky parent who wants to introduce your kids to the X-Files without fueling a year’s worth of nightmares, publisher Quirk Books will be releasing a children’s book starring kid versions of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, doing some detective work while camping in the backyard.
There was bound to be new figures enroute with X-Files briefly returning to TV in January. But it’s hard to get excited about Diamond Select Toys’ Mulder and Scully figures which bear only a passing resemblance to the characters we’re so happy to have back.
This is bloody hilarious. Davinder Brar, Chris Bird (of the website Mighty God King), and Andrew Wheeler have taken Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill's fictional superteam conceit and applied it to the 1990s.
Entertainment Weekly has a preview of what you can expect from DC Comics' upcoming X-Files comic written by Frank Spotnitz, the show's executive producer (and co-writer on the new movie, X-Files: I Want To Believe).
