@Gundem: Personally, I really love it. It's not a very deep fighting game, but the story mode is pretty amusing and the characters all have quite a bit of personality. Controls are intuitive, so it's easy to pick up for people who like casual fighting games.
Anyone ever use them (or the other sites) with any luck? I am thinking of signing up (I dont go to bars) but hear horror stories....Is it worth the hassle or should I just get a bunch of cats and give up?
@Curves: A couple friends of mine both met their significant others through Match.com. It let them meet people they had more in common with. Sometimes it didn't work out, but I think they are happy with the experience. If you try it, don't go in expecting miracles on your first match, just do it to have fun and meet people that you might want to go out with.
With that being said, I met my wife by sending her a message on ICQ. We chatted all evening and went to a restaurant the next day and watched a movie (Ocean's 11) at her place.
So it is possible to meet decent people online.
Edit: ... if you try it, I wish you the best of luck!
@Curves: I used eHarmony for a while. It's just like meeting people any other way some are good and some are bad. Just meet at a restaurant or somewhere else public for the first time.
Griffin has 25% off entire purchase with free shipping if its over $30 if you enter YUM25 at checkout. I got the itrip, clarifi case (works awesome with evernote) and powerduo reserve. Basically got the case for free.
Match.com! You're so generous. All i wanted for christmas was a chance to portray my character through an obscene number of personal questions so that i could subsequently plan a string of blind dates with men who also likec cats and knitting! thanks!

@DigitalArtery: I used eHarmony exactly once, to see who would have misfortune of being matched with me. After seeing the poor souls, I immediately regretted having the curiosity to check.
Damn, and two days after I re-registered Hobomodo.com! Well, this will be good for my other domains, like CanItKillTheGrimace.com , NothingingCanKillTheGrimace.com , Cash4BowlingBalls.com, and my new personal favorite, RoofCoffeeCup.com ! Some of them need to be renewed!
EDIT: Of course, it doesn't count towards renewals! Dangnabit!
@Curves: I've got Microzsoft.com! (I've already been sued several times over it, having owned it since the late 1989...) I still need ideas on what to do with it...

Apart from meeting her, it seemed to go alright.

Internet dating: the odds are good but the goods are odd.

They all use to come with Core 2 Duos at that range, especially during sales. Now it is always the shitty pentium.

This should be up there as well. Is even on Dealzon. If I had the cash I wouldn't hesitate.
