    A friend of mine had a brown recluse bite on his thigh, and it became severely infected even with immediate treatment. They were talking about amputating his leg, but he went to a "quack" doctor somewhere in SW Oklahoma and had an electromagnetic treatment and it started getting better immediately. There's a 4-inch scar around the area, but it's otherwise fine.


    SO, there's something to this, I think.
