    I was once playing a video game when I heard a gentleman explain very earnestly how V-chips, which have been mandatory in all new tv's sold since the late 90's; were actually recording devices so the government could record us through our own televsion screens.


    I said "fine..... if the government wants to watch me play video games and occasionally impeach my bush while watching skinemax...... why should I care?"

    If the government was secretly watching everyone, who does the watching? Do we outsource it to India? So who watches them to make sure they're watching us? China? yadda yadda yadda. Eventually, it's you watching the back of some guy's head, watching the back of someother guy's head, watching the back of your head.

    He called it a "RF receiver" where it looks like (and from my experience it is a "IR receiver" and you can see when he takes the front face off of the box the part where light would pass through it it is in the location of the IR receiver and not the "camera". Somebody should have called HOAX!!!!11!!! way before now.
