It isn't even a good photoshop...that is besides some of the physical impossibilities that are apparent in the photo.
So I don't think they had to worry about hurting themselves getting down as they never were in this position in the first place.

The belt area of the guy on the left..he was obvioulsy laying on something at his waist area as when photoshopped in he has a flat spot all along his front.
You also may want to look at the guy on the rights back?
Pretty obvious.
Also, NO SHADOWS under there shoes? There is a shadow underneath the bulliten board but not under the guy on the rights shoes?
But please look at the mid air pipe in front of the guy on the right?
Hows that or do you still think it is real?

This is how i think they got into that position.
Put something underneath climb on top, then get into position and have someone remove it. after your done taking the photo, put whatever you used to get up to get down.

How they got up there:
Step 1) Photoshop.
Step 2) Appear on Giz.
Step 3) ?????
Unlike the UP Gnomes, these guys are working out their plan in the correct order.
