    The time you spend decoding it each time plus the time you spend explaining its intricacies to the non tech are not quality hours and are non-redeemable at your end of life.

    Reminds me I need to pick up a watch from Tokyo Flash :)

    If there is one kind of clock I hate, it's one that makes me have to decode what time it is.


    That's the beauty of digital clocks. The time is right there in your face. No thinking required.


    I can use my brain for thinking about important things.. like the weather...

    @ideaman2020: I am with you. My digital alarm has characters about 3" high as well so I can see it without having to actually TRY to open my eyes. (The most used icon on my desktop is one I set directly to the local weather, radar and long term forecast.)
