@Vyccid: a pipeline is ultimately more effective in that it is more cost effective due to the taxes and being able to constantly pump liquid. I would imagine it's more difficult to ultimately hide building a pipeline versus smuggling liquid in an old tanker across the border, but appearantly that's not the case in Russia.
@Set to evil: Pickles, smoked fishes and peppers. Eat a bite, take a sip of vodka. Eat a bite, take a sip of vodka. I can go through a quart of vodka like that.
I love being a Russian/German Jew. Beer, wursts, smoked fish, pickles, and vodka. Really - what more do you need?
@Set to evil: Tis true! My dad (who now, in his 70s, has mellowed considerably) used to run moonshine between WV and some dry counties in MD. He had a hot car and was having a good time. Then he met my mom, and the good times were OVER.
I'd vote for that! But I insist upon selecting my candidate by touching them. Using my cell phone seems so impersonal! I need to know my candidate. Get a feel for them inside and out on a deep and penetrating level. No more of this impersonal politics for me!

Herrings and vodka and lox and capers and blini with a little sour cream - that's heaven to me.
