In fact pretty much all of the people who I have ever known that owned sport bikes only rode the bike when they were "going riding", of course they would stop places like bbqs or social events while out riding but that isn't really an "errand" or anything practical. The point is, that with most motorcycle owners it is more about enjoying riding the motorcycle, than it is fitting the motorcycle into any menial daily tasks.
Although I do aknowledge that there is another (not insignificant) portion of buyers that are looking for an electric commuter, but if that is what they are looking for, I don't know that they would be looking at this in the first place...
