Did Nintendo make Brian's Mii for him... Jesus Christ! My Mii doesn't even remotely look like me... you'd think since the whole Mario thing you'd be able to make an Italian fairly decently!

WiiFit helped get me into exercising regularly... I only played it for about a month then sold it, but only because I joined a yoga club, did P90X, and am now about to run a marathon.

I think its a good stepping stone.

@lanion: I think it's a lousy stepping stone, as they are about 90 bucks a pop. That'd be one damned expensive walkway!

Haven't tried Wii Fit yet, but I found that changing to a healthier diet and getting off my ass helped me lose 30 lbs in four months and get a BMI that's healthier than Chen's.

@Rosa Golijan: I'm new here and still get BLam confused. That, and I didn't read the last line of the article.

Now that I think about it, my post as a whole was pretty pretentious. I really meant that I'd love to try out Fit sometime ... I've gotten really into being a healthier person, and I'm down for any type of interactive technology that could be a part of that.
