    As a personal injury defense attorney with over eight years' experience defending automobile cases in New York, it is my expert opinion to a reasonable degree of legal certainty that that is negligent behavior.


    Furthermore, to the best of my knowledge, "wicked awesome" is legally insufficient to rebut an affirmative defense based on the culpable conduct of the plaintiff in causing his own injuries.


    In conclusion, it is my opinion based on the evidence presented that that is freaky cool and that any reasonable jury would determine, based on a preponderance of the evidence, that doing loop-de-loops in a Toyota is negligent as all hell but freaky cool nonetheless.

    @rb1971: Hmm, learn how to quote better. While you did include appropriate ellipsis indicating that you truncated the quoted text; in this case you conveniently left out an important word, 'safe'.


    The author is clearly aware that gravity exists, he hopes that safe descent is included.
