It reminds me of the first remote control I ever used - looked like this with the one button in the center, and it made a loud "click" whenever you pressed it. The TV picked up the audible range of the click and changed the channel, hence the word "clicker". I think it was a 1970's Zenith TV.
Maybe Flip has decided to build replacement remotes for old Zenith televisions?
Cisco has been so active in buying property and re-selling it that it seems reasonable that they are just trying to flip it.
