We've seen bits and pieces of Qualcomm's FLO live TV service, curiously even on an iPhone, but at MWC it'll be showing it off on Snapdragon-powered smartbooks. It enables real-time updates via Twitter while watching live TV.

Back in November we saw FLO TV running on the iPhone and weren't sure what to make of it. Their partnership with Mophie makes it perfectly clear: new packs will bring live TV and extra juice to iPhones.

I get that this Flo TV iPhone demo is just a proof of concept. That's fine! I'm just a little confused as to what the concept is.

Today in Now Available: the Sonos ZonePlayer S5, a wireless speaker system controlled by the iPhone and iPod Touch; the Yamaha MCR-140 wireless iPod dock; the Lenovo U150 ultraportable laptop, and the game-changing FLO TV.

After renders and box shots, FLO TV is officially airing its Personal TV device (or PTV). The 3.5-inch player broadcasts live terrestrial digital TV. But $250 along with a $9 monthly subscription fee for just a handheld TV?!

Windows Mobile 6.5 phones arrive next Tuesday, and as rumored, the HTC Imagio will be amongst them. It has a 3.6-inch screen with TouchFLO 3D UI, dual CDMA/GSM compatibility, and is Verizon's first smartphone to support V CAST Mobile TV.

There is no doubt that Qualcomm is planning to bring its FLO TV Personal TV (or PTV) to market soon with this fresh box shot we received. The device, as rumored, puts live terrestrial digital TV in your pocket.

The era of the PDA is gone, but what about a PTV (Personal Television Device)? Qualcomm is said to be working on an unconfirmed iPhone size-device without the streaming video restrictions; it will broadcast the company's mobile FLO TV.
