I could do without the cheap shots against Fox News or any other news channel on this GADGET BLOG. It's off topic in and of itself, without mentioning health care or any other popular non gadget related topic.
@Isolder: If you don't like the politics, don't read it. If it offends you, move on. A blog is beholden to its viewers, and if too many leave because of the politics, they may change them.
But, a blog is a blog is a blog. Its going to have opinions, that its point.
Attention Fox News defenders: I loathe all 24 hour news stations equally. I hate MSNBC and that jerkoff Keith Olbermann as much as I hate Glenn Beck and his tin foil hat. There is almost nothing of value on any of those networks. Also, there's nothing political in this clip, so stop bringing up off-topic bullshit like health care. I will ban you.
actually #1 in news can be backed, and they are. As per a quick wiki search "In July of 2009, the Fox News Channel continued its cable news dominance. It was not only beating CNN and MSNBC combined, but showing the most growth in the younger demographic."
@FalinProteus:
A larger viewership does not equate to better coverage.
I don't understand why people like you act as if an attack on Fox news is an attack on your beliefs and stances on political issues.
Fox news is attacked because, like MSNBC, it presents one-sided news. You KNOW that that's true. It's bad for a news station to promote one political agenda, no matter what that agenda might be.
CNN is OKAY; not as bad as the others, but they're still a bit too subjective when it comes to coverage.
Honestly though, Fox News may not have their heads up Obama's ass... but they sure as hell had them up the asses of everyone in the Bush administration and the entire republican party.
The fact is, whenever somebody came on their network and criticized Bush, they were accused of being anti-American. Today, the folks over at Fox go further than most of the people who ever came on their show did.
They criticize Obama's policies, and that's great. There needs to be criticism. However, they also insult him, calling him a 'Racist,' and a 'socialist.'
They also participate in fear mongering, ESPECIALLY when it comes to healthcare.
So get your head out of your ass and realize that America's 24 hour news networks are not doing their job when it comes to informing the American public.
This is not an attack on fox news!
This wasn't even political at all!
I think people are being to defense, and its really sad anyway that the country decides who to vote for on a party rather then the best candidate,
In general I believe news reporters are dumb! And this could of been on any network....
You didn't post this because it had to do with an iPhone app. You posted this so you could get a cheap shot in at Fox News. Why do you even bother? It makes no difference in the world at all.
Guess this coverage was better than when they did the apple tablet coverage. Either way fox is the greatest news organization ever, I'm surprised they didn't have a story about a politician with the momo app.
