even with a 90 day warranty, you can sign up for the insurance and it will cover anything the warranty would have after the warranty is up. i was just on the phone with a rep asking about this and he told me. however, i dont see this deal anywhere on the at&t website. And I asked him he said it doesn't sound like any deal of theirs. could be a talking point they ask them to avoid, but...i don't see it.

But with this phone, a Data Plan is REQUIRED! The cheapest plan offered is about $30/month extra. So your monthly plans will cost, at a minimum, $70 per month.. plus another $10-15 for all those misc. fees you're charged. Oh, one more thing.. for some reason, AT&T seems to always add on their "roadside" assistance program onto your account, without asking you. I never signed up for that, and realized they added it on my account one month. They did the same thing to someone else's account.

Looks like you have to sign up for the Unlimited plan ($99.99/mo) and Blackberry Personal with Tethering ($60/mo) to get this "free" phone. I guess it's a great deal if you're going to do unlimited anyway.
