    @Jean Marc Pierre: you should learn to use punctuation it is hard to read your comment especially after a few drinks i have no idea what you just said it really needs a period or two i would even be happy with a comma just some way to see one thought ends and another one begin i am sorry i felt the need to be a grammar nazi somebody needed to say it you fail

    You should venture over to Consumerist (where this was originally posted) and see that:


    It may have/could have been a sales associate error (handed the wrong one to the guy because the 1st gen chargers don't work on the 3G phones) which begs the question - Did the person go back in and tell them it didn't work? Which could mean that it's not "big, bad company out to get you" syndrome here.

    So does it just not charge the iphone or do the opposite and drain the battery instead?
