I'm not usually pro-censorship, but a porn filter may not have been that bad of an idea. Considering almost 90% of all internet traffic is porn related, I'm not too keen to have so much tax money paying for porn bandwidth.

Although, I'm also not too keen on nation-wide WiFi at all. The less the government is in charge of the better IMO.

19% of all traffic is porn-related. This isn't actual bandwidth stats, though, just sites visited.

In any case, I'm agreeing with admoseremic here--why should my tax dollars go to someone's desire to wank? Srsly.

I bet China will pull this off. But I wouldn't be surprised if they substitute a cuter wireless network to be the public face of wi-fi at the last minute.
