    2012? What good will that do? Everyone knows that the world will be destroyed by the collective efforts of the LHC, Swine Flu (2.0), nuclear war, giant asteroids, melting ice caps, the robot uprising and armageddon in 2012.     10 year XBOX 360 life cycle? 6 years? I know Sony claims 10 but that doesn't mean that the new systems won't come out sooner and the PS3/XBOX 360 will simply have a shelf life of 10 years. #atinextgenxboxgraphics

    Man alive, I hope that's not the final product on that controller. I can only imagine the planning process that went into that fugly piece of crap.

    Sony Boss: "So, listen, guys. The Wii is kicking our butts in sales this time around, so we need to find out exactly what they're doing and get on board. So what do we know?"
    Sony Drone 1: "Well we know that folks are making fun of the Wii's name."
    Sony Drone 2: "Yeah, and we know that people look positively silly holding those dumb controllers and flailing about."
    Sony Boss: "Ok, guys, this is good. I'm detecting a theme here. Ok, tell you what I want you to do, then. Go out and make the most retarded looking controller you can come up with. And maybe put some motion controls in it or something. I think that's also something Nintendo's doing.     People are still holding out for cheaper Wii's?

    I'm pretty sure you could find thousands of great deals on lightly used Wii's since so many people quickly fall out of love with these gaming rigs shortly after buying them. And they seem to hold up well, so buying used shouldn't be a big risk.

    @OldSchoolGadgetLover: You know, I always see all the nerds bitching about "MY WII GATHERS DUST LOL", and I think, "How stupid are you?" For the longest time, you could actually sell a used Wii on eBay for more than retail, and yet all these people who supposedly have a Wii they never use never think to do that.

    Hell, even now, you could still make back most of your investment. Go ahead; go sell the damn thing. You'll be out 20 bucks. 50, tops.

    I don't know why everyone always says their Wii just sits around collecting dust. We use ours on an almost daily basis.
