Nintendo Keynote Liveblog Imminent
Cuddlebear Jason Chen is at the Game Developers Conference right now, and he's gearing up to cover Miyamoto-san's keynote address and the rest of the Nintendo keynote. He'll be liveblogging the event, which is set to kick off at 1:30 EST/10:30 PST, so get yourself settled to see what kind of magical crap Nintendo decides to unleash upon us. Me, I'm hoping for old school Square RPGs (Chrono Trigger, anyone?) on the Wii's Virtual Console, but I'm not holding my breath. More »

Rumor Overheard at GDC: Next-Gen Zune Available in August
This is horribly irresponsible rumor-mongering, but we over heard this tidbit about the Zune over at GDC. Apparently, if the person was correct and our ears didn't fail us, the next-gen Zune will be available in August. Unfortunately for the first-gen Zune team, the next version will feature gaming, which is supposedly making them feel dejected over working on a product (1st gen) that will be "abandoned". The N-Gage is Back, Baby
Oh yeah, the video game playing taco phone is back, kind of. It is "highly likely" that the N-Gage software platform will be announced at the Game Developer's Conference. It saddens me to say that the taco phone will not be relaunched, rather Nokia will be releasing the N-Gage software platform to likely work with their N-series phones. Good luck with that, Nokia. Nice to see you haven't given up. More »
