I wish I could be there. As a 12 year old blogger it would give lots of exposure and I could review some new gadgets. Something my readers want. So far I've only been able to review 2 laptops!

ironically, the only reason i can even consider going to gigs in SF is, in fact, a gadget - GPS is a lifesaver for those of us too consumed by deeper cognitive processes to remain conscious of such trivialities as 'where am i', or 'where am i going'.

Not awkward at all, BLam. Quite cool even. I was particularly interested in his comment where he mentions that he doesn't take a lot of pictures but seems to want every camera. I feel the same way, and will take it a step further and say I am no good at taking pictures, but want every camera. That said, I also really want an M8.

Am I the only one that feels gdgt is sort of like a Sonic and Mario team-up? There was that sense of rivalry (or maybe more so among the readers/commenters than the sites themselves) back in the day and then Block and BLam got this cool site together.

I feel the need to apologize. Blam, I'm sorry for teasing. Your home is lovely and the odd bit of clutter adds charm. You seemed slightly tense but otherwise it's a wonderful video.

This apology also goes out to Matt Buchanan, who is patient and puts up with a helluva lot of dumb ribbing from me. I call him "ginger" with love.

That said, from what I gather, you value rugged over performance. Hmm.

This is like one of those "Buffy-Angel Crossover Events", only it's a "Lam-Block Crossover Event", or maybe a "Gizmodo-Engadget Crossover Event", perhaps a ... okay, I guess that covers it. Seems like a really great way to provide marketing information to manufacturers and advertisers.

It's awesome:

You get to register and provide every scrap of info they're looking for on gadgets you own and how you use them.

They even get insight into what you USED to have!

BUT -where is the love?
