    In my experience, albeit limited to one proposal/acceptance/happy marriage, most proposals go well (requisite nervousness of the guy notwithstanding) as long as some thought and planning goes into it. And the proposal is but a formality - although a necessary one. He should know her answer before the question is asked.


    I'm aware that I'm outlining some gender-biased roles here, but I'm something of a traditionalist in this particular area. And no, I'm not going to talk about current political topics.

    @Charlie Ashford: It is not just you, but you are in the minority. Jesus is, and has been, one of the most popular writers on the site, regardles of form, for the varied and consistantly cool stuff he posts and writes about. You may just want to not read his posts, unless, of course, you're one of those guys who has nothing worthwhile to contribute to the discussion, so instead, you just complain about something.
