When Google+ launched, it was exciting! A new Facebook! Better! Purrrty! But then everyone forgot about it. Folks at Google forgot too. Google+. It has a legitimate chance to be really good. But like any other budding social network, a good app is a requirement. Google+ for Android looks to combine features I use from other apps into one single portal. Awesome.
After Google hired the Facebook app developer (it was "frustrating" claims Zuckerberg), their relationship has now soured even more, as Google's changed their terms of service so Gmail users can't import their contacts to Facebook—because Facebook doesn't reciprocate.
