Why do people get so touchy when it comes to Google Street View and Google Earth? First of all, it's in the public where everybody else is seeing you. And really, what are the chances of Google capturing you on cam? And even if they did acquire a picture of you, what's the odds of that picture being unflattering? Plus, they blur faces. What more can you ask for?

It was my understanding that prototypes taken out for a spin are often wrapped up to hide their notable features.

Anyway, this looks like it's just a Cayman. Seen several on the street already. Besides, who would test drive prototypes where spy cars can get pics so easily?

People seeing you on the street is one thing, but when you are seen by a camera and nearly everyone on earth can look at you doing whatever weird crap your doing that would be invasion of privacy

I'm all for Street View and frankly all the strange things it captures is hilarious, I was just defending someone else's point because you are both so eager to jump on someone.

@Nick Jones: Actually, I am seen by 4 cameras everyday, and anyone with an internet connection can see whatever weird crap I'm doing. Such as:

getting ready to go out;

getting out of the shower;

the Macarena;

So I will admit I'm kind of biased when it comes to privacy issues. :)

@iwishiwasamime: B/c in "public", your expectation of privacy is "zero". In your "home", your expectation of privacy is nearly 100%, which is why if someone was peeking in, it would violate the laws in many states.

Disclosure: I live in a house with multiple webcams set up inside, so my feelings on cams is skewed.

Not explicit enough for you or just ignorant? Of course it doesn't apply in public, if you leave your wang hanging out of your pants of course everyone is free to stare at you. @PittsburghEatsOhioFarts: As long as you can't identify pwdrskier's by his wang, you wouldn't need a release. That's why TV stations use that shot where you see people on a street walking, but don't see their face. No need for a release. It's called B-roll.
