I think the intake and compression strokes are done simultaneously and then the power and exhaust strokes. Of course I know nothing about engines, but as far as you're concerned I've just told you the facts.

My dad would love something like this, as he insists on still cutting firewood and hauling through the woods back to the house, dispite the fact that he is 70+ and can easily afford heat. (Cutting down trees with chain saws and chopping it up is apparently a GUY thing.)

@Curves: Trees are a renewable resource, esp when harvested locally and in small quantity.

Burning wood is technically carbon neutral.

@bpapa9013: He likes to use the wood to create a fire to throw tires and car batteries on.

@Rabid Penguin: Lol, no my dad would freak over the mess of tires or car batteries. Cute side story: One of my parents "neighbors" (a couple of miles away), wanted to burn some branches, etc, and fires, except for cooking, are still prohibited, even way out in the townships where they live. So he fires up this brush pile, flames shooting like 20 feet in the air, and when he hears the sirens of the volunteer fire department coming, he ran inside and got a hot dog (one) and put it on a stick and stuck it in the flames so he could claim it was a cooking fire (yes with 20 foot flames). It burned all the hair off his face, but he didnt get a ticket, just a warning to use charcoal next time, but thats only because he bowled with the whole fire department and promised to buy them all a beer.

Perfect for my farm. We've been using a Polish Pick-up since the beginning, but this would be great.
