great a robot that will sing "Kiri kiri kiri kiri kiri kiri!" while poking needles into my face and sawing off my feet with a piano wire.

    Great.

What makes this shockingly realistic is the fact that people in the background don't shut up and listen. Having people in an audience yammer away while you perform should be the musical Turing test.

No one wants robotic pop stars. No one is going to care if it flashes a little peek at its DC-in, or is caught giving handjobs to robosexual perverts while playing Small Wonder on a continuous loop. Now, if it pulls a Bjork and savagely beats a reporter on the street, and ultimately starts engaging in a riotous bloodbath, THAT would be something.

@Kaiser-Machead: People don't want to have robotic popstars?

Japan's rabid Hitsune Miku fanbase would like to have a word with out.

Yes, but, can she have a mental breakdown, marry a loser, shave her head, flash us her stuff, kidnap her own kids and be placed in custody of her daddy like Britters? Robots arent perfect yet then are they?

I get it! These are war robots for the Middle East. The first two didn't get the reaction they wanted, so they made one with a exposed female face that looked happy to scare the ba-jebus out of them! But I wonder why it isn't wearing it's bacon armor....
