Complicated at first glance, this DOGNE watch breaks infinity into a 24-hour clock. Then minute information is displayed along the periphery.

Just don't tell your smart or your "8" friends that you paid $1200 for the thing, lest you become the resident idiot. [Xceptional Watch via Le Journal du Geek via Newlaunches]

<![CDATA[Infinity and JBL Let Your Sub Go Wire Free]]> Both Infinity and JBL have just dropped two wireless subwoofers. The subs function utilizing a 2.4GHz transmitter/receiver setup and there are four selectable channels to allow you to pick the best possible reception.

JBL's offering, the Cinema Sound CSS10W, has a 10" driver and will kick out 300watts. Infinity's slightly beefier, PS212W, houses a 12" driver that will boom out with 400watts. They will be priced at $559 and $679, respectively. The devices are for those who just cannot deal with all that wired nonsense that spews out from your speakers, making your sweet setup look like a three-year-olds art project, but given the likely compromise in sound quality, we aren't so sure it's worth it. <![CDATA[dnp's Supernova Projector Screen Pumps Up Contrast Ratio and Brightness]]> It's hard to get excited about projector screens, but dnp's new Supernova Infinity is making us weak in the knees. It's the first front-projection screen that keeps a sharp image at all times, regardless of how much light is in your room. dnp claims the screen delivers a contrast ratio 10x better than what's out now. That's not the only bold claim they make.

They also say the Infinity's images are 2x brighter than the competitions'. So how does it deliver all that? It's all in the screen, which has an active high-contrast filter that allows the projected image to be reflected while absorbing light from other areas. No word on pricing yet, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to start saving now.

<![CDATA[Infinity Watch Concept : MP3, Video, Curves-A-Plenty]]> When you design a gadget that tries to do everything under the sun, it invariably both sucks and blows. At the very least, this 3D render of the Infinity doesn't hurt our eyes. To the contrary, it soothes them. The wristwatch has a display on the front that you can use to show off digital photos and video clips. That, and it plays MP3s. Since it's still just an artist's rendering, we'll likely never see it in the local Wal-Merde anytime soon. 'tis a shame, since they're so many quality wristwatch review sites out there.

<![CDATA[Buffalo WZR-AG300NH AirStation Wireless-N Infinity Dual Band Router]]> Now this is where wireless routers are going. Besides its speedy wireless -N connectivity, Buffalo says this AirStation Wireless-N Infinity Dual Band Router is the first to receive the stamp of approval for Windows Vista. You can tell by those serious- looking antennas that this baby is a juggler, handling four wireless standards (802.11b/g/a/n) all at the same time, and even going dual-band for quicker throughput. That veritable alphabet soup (especially that letter "n") lets you grab your data at speeds of 300Mbps, and hey, that's fast enough for some serious HDTV throughput.

If you don't like using this WZR-AG300NH as a router, switch it over to bridge mode and then you can use it as an access point. In addition to its wireless feats of strength, it also has a quartet of gigabit Ethernet ports. Buffalo didn't announce pricing, but said the product is designed for the consumer market "and small to medium businesses."

<![CDATA[Infiniti G35 Gets Hard ... Drive]]> Infiniti has unveiled its latest model, the 2007 G35 that has an integrated 9.5GB hard drive that allows you to rip CDs onto. Seagate is being rumored to be the manufacturer of the 2.5-inch hard drive being used in these vehicles. The car also packs a 300HP engine and high-end Bose sound system. I'm not an expert by any means, but hard drives generally aren't designed for fast-moving vehicles with constant vibrations, but you get an A for effort, Infiniti. This car will be available in November.

<![CDATA[Ultra-Violet Infinity Watch - Better Than a Led Zep Poster]]> Tokyoflash just posted the Ultra-Violet Watch by Infinity. It's a unique quartz timepiece that will look incredible after two tabs of acid. The watch uses two effects—day-glo hands and the "infinite mirror" trick to create a trippy amalgam. The hands light up when you press a button on the side which activates a black light LED and brings out the true majesty of the face. Bong and Skynyrd record not included.

<![CDATA[More Pump, Less Space]]>

CES gives us a chance to see all the fancy audio equipment you don't get to ogle very often (unless you hit one of those pretentious stores where the geeky workers are more excited about their equipment than ever, ever getting a date). So it was nice to see that you could get such huge bass from a small(ish) subwoofer, rather than one of those tremendous housings, with the new Cascade Model Twelve by Infinity. This baby still gives you all the sound you want, but comes with a 10-inch woofer that works in harmony with dual 10-inch passive radiators—all in a compact, sleek enclosure. And for the high-end brand Infinity, the $1000 pricetag isn't as bad as it sounds. Comes in high gloss black, high-gloss silver and cherry wood veneer.
