I can honestly say I scored a 1, to the sleep patterns, but that's not so much because I couldn't quit the nets as I stayed up too late many a night BSing with friends about politics and such.
Admitting that you have a problem is the 1st step in recovery, which is why I wouldn't even take the test, because I don't even want to know. Not like I would make it to step 2 anyway.
@OMG! Ponies!: No kidding. I'm in school for IT, I have an IT job, and I have 4 working computers in a household with 2 adults, and play WoW and still only scored a 6.
@Software_Goddess: For what it's worth, last week when I was without internet access, I walked by a Peet's Coffee with a particularly bad drawing (of a rabbit chugging an iced chai latte) on a sandwich board out front.
It was all I could do NOT to post a note on the sign mocking it. That's when I learned that, when deprived of the internet, I will just post comments IN REAL LIFE!
@OMG! Ponies!: in addition to my internet addiction I also have a 'Post-it' addiction. I have tablets in every color known to man and the little things flap in the breeze all over my house.
I can suply the post-its... lets all head to re-hab!
Obviously it would never be in their best interests profit-wise to have a rather lax testing procedure in order convince as many people as possible that they are addicted.

Several of those questions however I could answer 'Yes' to at various times for reasons other than surfing the web..
