Iomega, maker of many a sexy storage device, has a new eGo out specifically tailored to the MacBook Air set. The 2.5-inch eGo Helium Portable Hard Drive encloses 320GB in anodized aluminum. In case that's not enough space, the drive can utilize an online backup service for “cloud computing.” The entire package is less than an inch thick, weighs 7 ounces and can be dropped from up to 4 feet 3 inches onto industrial carpeting without worry. Sure we'd all love to see the little bus-powered 2.5" Iomega eGo drives hit 1TB, but that's not happening today. Instead, Iomega is porting their sleek, shiny, colorful design to the 3.5" realm, launching 1-terabyte Super eGo (get it?) drives in blue, red and black. For the time being, they're only USB 2.0—no FireWire or eSATA options—you still need a power supply, and we're gonna guess that they're spinning at 5400rpm.
