    I've been using voice command with my iPhone since day 1. I take it now some of the things I say to it will actually do something so I don't just appear like a crazy person screaming at my iPhone as I walk down the street?

    @Ike_Skelton: No, seriously, I don't really care if you can voice dial with the new iPhone. Although I guess the music controller is pretty cool. I don't know that I'd use it though. I can just see myself talking to my phone, yelling at it to play similar music and it not doing as I command.

    I feel a little ripped off. I feel like voice command, compass orientation and even video could have been implemented into OS 3.0 for the 3G as well.

    Agreed. Isn't this kind of unncecessary software disabling the kind of thing that makes people hate the different versions of Windows? This is a ridiculous ploy to coerce existing (loyal) customers into spending more money.
