How about we focus more on basic comfort in Coach instead of adding more expensive amenities to First-Class.
I'm less interested in things like this than in a functional and comfortable reclining seat in Coach that affords me and all 64" of my towering frame leg room without enduring the sight of the balding pate of the passenger in front of me.
If you can do that without nickel-and-diming me, you'll get my business and you'll get it more often.
@OMG! Ponies!: Maybe you should just fly first class. What's it like in the back with the poor people anyway? are there chickens and goats everywhere? Do you people have a bathroom or do you just use a bucket? I have so many questions.
@The Analrapist: Or just not fly. I tend to take the choo-choo down to DC and I drive down to North Carolina. I haven't been to the West Coast in ages.
And I have no desire to see anything west of the George Washington Bridge or east of San Bernardino except from 35,000 ft.

Suck on that, Flyover States.
