Now the esteemed Italian carmaker-cum-gadget ho has agreed to festoon its logo on yet another geegaw, this time the Sony Ericsson K800i cellphone. If you recall, the K800i has been available for over a year, and has a 3.2-megapixel autofocus camera and Dual Mode GSM/GPRS/UMTS connectivity. There's no word on which carriers will offer the phone, nor when it will be available or at what cost.

So now there are laptops, a handful of cellphones, and a few other assorted gizmos with the Ferrari logo all over them. That said, this is a fine-looking phone with that Ferrari logo on board. Come to think of it, we're getting tired of our Michael Graves toilet brush and want one with the Ferrari logo on it now.

<![CDATA[Sony Ericsson K800i iSync Plugin]]> Here's a plugin for iSync that lets you sync your calendar, to-do and address book entries with your Sony Ericsson K800i. Normally your iSync would just give you a 'wtfomglolzers' when you tried to sync, but this plugin should teach it a thing or two.

<![CDATA[Sony Ericsson K800i Available Soon In Brown]]> If the basic black and grey color of the standard K800i isn't to your liking, perhaps you'll enjoy the 3.2 megapixel cameraphone in something a bit more...poopy? The Sony Ericsson k800i is going to be available in brown starting September, exclusively in the Hong Kong and Taiwan region. After that, it'll flow all over Asia, into Europe, spreading its caramel goodness into hands of eager consumers everywhere.

If we're good little boys and girls here in the US, we may even get one of our own! Wouldn't that be spectacular?

<![CDATA[Sony Ericsson K800i: 3.2 Megapixel Autofocusing Cameraphone]]> The Sony Ericsson Cebit site is showing us the first official shots of the K800, a 3.2 megapixel cameraphone with autofocus and a xenon flash. It looks like our leaked pictures from last week were legit.

Equipped with a UMTS 3G radio, it's not likely that we'll be seeing this particular phone in the US very soon. When and if we do, it'll likely be on Cingular.

<![CDATA[Sony Ericsson K800i Wilma]]> We are taking all rumored shots of new Sony Ericsson phones with a grain of salt nowadays. Too many hoodlums out there thinking they will be funny and make mockups and try to pass them off as the real thing. Couple days after the initial Wilma photos surfaced we finally have some good high-rez shots of this phone. The phone, modeled as the K800i (and code-named Wilma for some reason) is reported to have a 3.2-megapixel camera, QVGA display, Bluetooth, stereo speakers, 466MB of internal memory and even EDGE/UMTS. Check out the linkage for all of the low- and high-quality photos.
