LG KF750 Is Sleek of Line, High (Five) of Megapixels, Shoots DivX, Called Secret

Remember that sleek black cellphone from LG we wrote about earlier this month? More details are emerging, most notably that the KF750 shoots DivX video at 120 frames per second, and sports face-recognition technology on that 5-megapixel camera, as well as having haptic feedback, mobile Google apps and Bluetooth. Oh, and one for Conan O'Brien—its name is *whispers* Secret. Full press release after the jump. More »

LG KF750, KF240, KF300 Phones: Apparently "F" Stands for "Fashion"

We have already seen some of the phones in LGs KF lineup, and now it seems that the company will be showing off a few more phones at next week's CeBIT show in Germany. The KF750 codenamed "Libra" appears to be a touchscreen slider with a 5 megapixel camera, VGA cam for video calls, and 160MB of internal memory with a microSD card slot. More »

Hands-On the LG KF600: Color Chocolate Touchpad Still Sucks Cocoa

Despite the high sales of the LG Chocolate*, anyone who's actually used it knows that its touch controller is one of the worst UIs to come out in the last several years. The KF600 is LG's new 3MP cellie with a slider keypad. It has the same electrostatic chocopad the Chocolate has, but with an improved 1.5-inch color display underneath. Reader: Avoid this phone at all costs. More »

Hands-On LG's KF700: Their Top Touch Phone Actually Pretty Good

Samsung's new F480 full faced touchscreen handset meets a good competitor in LG's KF700, their best phone released at Mobile World Congress. The phone has a 3-inch touchscreen, a slide out alphanumeric pad, and a scrollwheel on the back which pulls up a shortcut menu. Jesús liked the swiping action between widgets, which he shockingly described to me as "iPhone like." Folks, the fanboy has spoken. There's google search, maps, blogs, gmail, and youtube support (!). And non-US spec 3G, as well as a 3MP camera, MPEG4 video recorder, too.

LG KF700 Touchscreen Cellphone Spotted

The chaps at Unwired View spotted this poster up at one of the locations for next week's Mobile World Congress 2008. The image shows a sexy LG number, sporting the KF700 moniker. We agree with the folks at Unwired View; the KF700 looks like it will be a fully touchscreen handset as it appears too compact to boast a QWERTY keyboard, but as we cannot see the depth, we may very well be wrong. Other than the speculation, there is nothing else to comment on. Well, at least our appetites have now been moistened—bring on the show. Update: We've just snagged some more shots of the KF700 from Mobileburn; it looks like the KF700 does have a slide out keypad after all. Checkout more shots after the jump. More »

LG KF510 Cellphone Is as Thin as the Ninjas Holding It

LG's new KF510 slider cellphone is a skinny 0.43 inches deep, with a touchpad control, slide-out conventional keys, and an animation-loaded user interface. The "Touch Lighting Phone" also packs a 3-megapixel autofocus camera, and is metal-framed, with graduated metal paintwork. Available in March, around $330, not much else is known about the phone yet.
