Office Max has printable laptop skins (yes, I know, not the same as a sleeve, but offers more decorative possibilities). I've got one on my Powerbook. The down side is that they have to fit in a regular printer, and are thus somewhat undersized for most screens.

Whatever. My 17" Powebook doubles as a hot plate.

why don't the just make the case a heatsink to start with (i mean the casing of the laptop, not a separate case)

throw some heatpipes all across the insides and make the whole thing dissapate heat
