This limited edition version of the GR Digital III looks amazing with its blue accents, and whaddya know, clothes-house Stussy helped design it.

It's apparently the 30th birthday of Stussy, and to celebrate they've splashed it with a day-glo blue, though little else has changed. The GR Digital III went on sale in August this year, and has a 28mm/F1.9 lens, 10-megapixel 1/1.7-inch CCD sensor with 4x digital zoom and ISO of 64-1,600. It takes video, though only manages 640 x 480 at 15/30fps.

On the outside, the LCD screen measures 3-inches, and there's an SD card slot for saving those valuable pics. The main attraction to this limited edition model is of course that day-glo blue, and the Stussy logo...though I can't imagine that being much of an incentive to anyone past 1995, if I'm honest.

On sale in Japan in February, only 500 of the 99,750 Yen ($1,100) cameras have been created so you better get your Japanese chums to act quickly on the exporting front. [Akihabara News]

<![CDATA[Dealzmodo: Free iPod Touch With Purchase of $325,000 Ferrari]]> Ferrari's limited-edition 510-horsepower 16M convertible comes packaged with a limited-edition iPod touch of its own. The touch is loaded with Ferrari-related videos and music as well as, bizarrely, Ferrari engine noises.


The iPod touch is only a 16GB model, presumably because the convertible's name is the 16M and not because a bump to the 32GB would have broken the bank. But if you want to listen to a digital Ferrari engine in your real Ferrari on a Ferrari-branded iPod, you better jump on it quick: Only 499 are being made, and each is likely to cost $325,000. Extra note: Al & Ed's have been doing these custom installations for a few years now, and note that it's strange that Ferrari doesn't support an iPhone instead. That way you can have a GPS actually in your dash. They also claim that the price is $325k, not $225k.

<![CDATA[Leica's Limited-Edition White M8 Digital Is Beautiful]]> I've really been digging these white cameras lately. Pentax's cookies 'n' cream K2000 and now the decidedly more luxe limited-edition Leica M8. If you have to ask how much it costs, it's not for you.

Details are thin, but the camera will be produced in ultra-low numbers at an undisclosed cost. I guess I'll just get busy with the White Out on my $20 Holga to make myself feel better. [Luxist]

No pricing info yet, but a boring old black K2000 will set you back around $800, so expect this "extremely limited" version to carry a bit of an overage. Its two lenses—the kit 18-55mm and an additional 50-200mm zoom will also get the white and black treatment. <![CDATA[Limited Edition Wall-E Roomba From Japan Sucks in More Ways Than One]]> Limited-edition Wall-E Roomba: that brings to mind a certain image of an already-fairly-cute vacuum bot taking on two puppy dog eyes, an adorable electro-babble voice synth and maybe even an inclination to maintain a little nest of sad artifacts it has horded from your waste in an unseen corner of your giant house. Or at least, um, something that looks like the robot whose actual job was to sweep the floor in the movie? Sadly, this limited edition Wall-E Roomba fails on almost every possible count.

<![CDATA[Limited Edition Dark Knight Blu-ray With Bat-Pod Display Case]]> We already knew that a special edition of the upcoming Dark Knight Blu-ray release was going to drop alongside the standard version on December 9th, but the first images have only just leaked out from TheHDRoom. Outside of the case, both versions are identical—so I find it hard to justify spending $65 on this thing (the standard version is currently on pre-order for $25). But then again, I'm cheap like that.

Suono allows users to transmit audio from just about any source to a sound system of their choice. It features their proprietary DWC-APHEX circuitry, which claims to restore the harmonics lost in compressed music files as well as an iPod docking station, "Engine Start" button, a "Shift" input signal switch, a concealed input signal jack, and LED indicators. The 65-inch LC-65XS1U-S and 52-inch LC-52XS1U-S are 1-inch thin (at their thinnest point), and feature Sharp's RGB LED backlight, which they say improves color accuracy over other blue-only LED backlights and allows for a 1,000,000:1 claimed contrast ratio. <![CDATA[Pokemon DS Lite Hits US, Only Slightly Embarrassing to Own]]> The limited-edition Pokemon DS Lite was actually released in Japan back in 2006, but is just now showing up in a Gamestop ad in the US. The flashy, surprisingly mature paintjob features Dialga and Palkia, the two Pokemon—Pokemons? Pokemen?—from the Diamond and Pearl covers. It looks to come with a nice bundle, including carrying case, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon DVD "special," a poster of Grovyle and a Pokemon t-shirt. I prefer the even artier Honeybee DS Lite, but if you're dying for some Poke-branding this side of the Pacific, you could do worse than pick this up for the standard $130. [GoNintendo]

<![CDATA[James Bond's Sony Ericsson C902 Cybershot to go Public]]> Sometimes the strangest part of writing for Giz is decoding press releases: like this morning's Sony Ericsson one. Did they leave out an image of the upcoming special limited-edition C902 Cybershot James Bond phone to add to the mystery? Is it supposed to be kinda secret, à la Bond himself? Who knows: luckily T3 snagged a picture of the "titanium silver" phone. 007 himself uses it in the movie Quantum of Solace, and you can get your hands on one too. Hardware-wise the phone is unchanged from the 5-megapixel camera original, but will come with 007-themed content, including a "spy-style" game. Quite how this makes sure you're "ready for any challenge" I'm not sure. It's a mystery. As is price and release date. Blimey, Sony Ericsson's really good at this cloak-and-dagger stuff isn't it? <![CDATA[Photos: Red OLPC Limited Edition]]> Wilson caught this limited edition Red OLPC at the company's headquarters near MIT's campus in Cambridge today. The limited edition run of 100 is made for developers working on the dual boot Sugar Linux and Windows XP system, and has specs identical to the regular OLPC, except 2GB of RAM 2GB flash memory—the minimum required for Windows. As you can see, the color scheme is the inverse of the all-red prototype you may have seen before. There are no plans for a public release, so the closest you'll get to seeing this may be in the gallery below.

<![CDATA[The Opus 8 Watch Puts a Pin-Art Spin On The Mechanical-Digital Display]]> If the Di Grisogono Meccanica DG was the first watch with a mechanical-digital display, the Opus 8 watch by Harry Winston comes in at a close second. While the DG used mechanical tubes to display the time, the Opus 8 works using a complicated system of mechanical pixels that rise up from the display when the user activates a mechanism on the side of the case. But that's not all.

An exceptional and advanced timepiece, Opus 8 utilizes hand-wound mechanical movements to create a modern, digital time display. Inspired by pin art games, which create 3D impressions of objects pressed against them, the numbers in the display will only appear "upon request," activated by a bolt on the right hand side of the case. Nothing appears until the mechanism is wound.

A plate joins together small segments, both mobile and fixed. Just underneath is a disc driven by the movement, which turns independently in real time. When the mechanism is wound, the pieces adjust to display the time. As the plate descends, the small segments remain visible, "blocked" by the crystal, allowing the hour to be read for 5 seconds. Technically, all functions are related, enabling everything to be displayed on demand - the minute hand turns the hour that then turns the AM/PM function.

<![CDATA[Limited Edition Jawbone Headsets Look Incredible]]> The default Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth headsets already look quite stylish for a Bluetooth headset, but these Yves Behar-created limited edition sets beat his originals by quite a bit. The white, brown and black headsets are smooth, unlike the pock-marked original design, and represent trash talk, sweet talk and dirty talk, respectively. We can't quite make out what the picture for sweet talk is supposed to be, but the dirty and trash talk are obvious.
