It can also suit other constructive purposes, in that it can show underage people the consequences of engaging in sexual activity might bring them to (chances are, they'll be turned off by the growth of the baby and the delivery itself for at least a little while.), and it can also help beginning nursing and other potential neonatal students to better understand all stages of the pregnancy blogged.
While I understand that there are people that might be either crass, squeemish or otherwise overly sensitive to the subject matter at hand, it is a valid topic worth discovering, and will likely be a good read for those curious about the wonders of pregnancy and delivery. #livestreamedchildbirth

Already, it is not uncommon to have one of the midwives videotaping the experience, and some have even allowed taping of the birthing process for instructional use.
At the same time, I can understand why it would be a private matter, and if the mom wishes it to be, then that's also great.
That said, I hardly see this as a pornographic experience, in that the majority of the public is less likely to find it erotic and the topic and premise is not obscene.
To me, I figure this to be more educational than anything, and I've found similar footage in the past to come in handy when I had to do emergency deliveries a couple times in my life. NOTE: The weren't mine, it were part of my duties back then. #livestreamedchildbirth

Because all the teens I know are all official members of the "moms like me" blog.
I think most kids would just use this as another grossout vid a la 2guys 1 horse. #livestreamedchildbirth

The truth is that some programs would use websites like this to teach "sex ed", from the "what if you are inseminated?" point of view.
That's not to say that there aren't a few out there that would do the "2 guys 1 horse" reaction (as you used in your example), but the same can be said about instructionl videos on "breach birth". #livestreamedchildbirth

While I am cognizant of this, I also realize though that there is also the factor in this equation where the website can serve as a "Don't say I didn't warn you!/I told you so!" to minors, which multiplies the reality if a minor shows up to school pregnant.
Looking back, it hit me when I were in Junior High and a girl looked like a beached whale from her pregnancy. It weren't but months before that that she were considered the hottest girl in the school. That right there blew my mind.

Also, when I was in High School, my health teacher brought in a video of a live birth. She has a weird sense of humor, and played the part where the baby emerges... then reversed it so it went back in... then out... then in... about six times, as half the class laughed like hell and the other half screamed.
