Logitech Brings Anorexic Wireless DiNovo Keyboard To Macs For $99

In case you're looking for a stylish and sturdy third-party keyboard option for your Mac, try out Logitech's new diNovo Keyboard Mac Edition. The peripheral features a full-size layout, nineteen shortcut keys for direct access to Mac programs, an integrated number pad, no cords (using 2.4GHz wireless) and a 3-year battery life. We reviewed the diNovo Edge keyboard in August and loved it. This one, at $99, is about $60 cheaper without sacrificing too many of the features of its more expensive bigger brother. More »

Logitech Unveils New Entry-Level Harmony 510 Universal Remote

Logitech has quietly released a new entry-level universal remote, the Harmony 510, for $100. Looking quite similar to the Harmony 550, it offers basically the same features as the rest of the Harmony 500 with a slightly different button layout and a lower price. You should be able to find this online for less than the list price, so if you're in the market for one of the more basic Harmony remotes, this might be a good bet. [CNET]

Logitech's Illuminated Keyboard Is Its Skinniest Yet

Logitech's last keyboard offering was the wireless touchpad diNovo Edge,Mac Edition, and though this new keyboard is neither wireless nor touchpad-enabled, it's got two things going for it: it's got back-lit keys for night typing, and it's just 0.37-inches deep. Logitech Speed Force Wireless Is First Racing Wheel For Wii

As its name implies, the Logitech Speed Force Wireless is a force feedback racing wheel for the Wii with a 30 ft wireless range. It is the first racing wheel accessory for the Wii that isn't a shell accessory for the Wiimote. The 10" wheel rotates 200 degrees and has analog gas and brake controls. Need For Speed Undercover will be the first game to take advantage of the force feedback capability, but I'm more concerned about whether or not this thing will work with Mario Kart Wii. It will hit stores in November for $100. [Logitech] More »

Logitech Buys Ultimate Ears for $34 Million

Logitech has just announce its purchase of high-end headphone maker Ultimate Ears for a cool $34 million. Ultimate Ears specializes in in-ear headphones with prices ranging from the cheap to the insane ($900 for custom headphones molded to the listener's ears). It appears that Ultimate Ears will retain its branding, as on the website the graphics all say "Ultimate Ears, a Logitech Company." Logitech's only headphones before the acquisition were Bluetooth headsets. We'll see what UE does with Logitech's sizable marketing and distribution resources. [Crave]

Logitech's V550 Nano Wireless Mouse Docks With Your Laptop's Top

Many laptop users prefer mice instead of trackpads. The promise of the laptop is untethered portability, and in that spirit Logitech has a new wireless mouse that helps keep your busy hands free, attaching to a dock mounted on your laptop when not in use so you can more easily take it from place to place. The mouse comes with a small dongle for your USB port, that means you don't have to wrap twelve inches of plastic around your wrist. Even if this doesn't solve all your problems it will solve the lack of pockets you must have. [Logitech]

Logitech Making Premium Guitar Hero Instruments

Logitech's just partnered up with Activision to release some official "premium" instruments for the upcoming Guitar Hero World Tour game. There aren't a whole lot of details in the release, but Logitech will provide a guitar for each of the four platforms (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PS2) that the game's coming out for. Why are we interested? Because Logitech actually has been known to do some pretty good peripherals, and their racing wheels are always quality. Since there is no photo of the guitar to go along with this release, well, I just had to make my own. Enjoy. [Kotaku]

Logitech Announces Wireless Keyboard for the Wii

If you use your Wii to surf the web because you really miss your WebTV and want to relive the frustrations of using the internet on your television, this new Logitech Cordless Keyboard for Wii was designed with you in mind. It broadcasts using 2.4 GHz wireless technology and works from up to 30 feet away. Designed with the Wii in mind, it comes with dedicated buttons for Zoom In/Out, Forward/Back, Quit and OK. If it was really designed with the Wii in mind, you'd be able to move forward and back by swinging the entire keyboard around, but alas, that feature isn't included. No word on a release date, but it'll set you back $50 when it drops. [Product Page via CrunchGear]
