@admoseremic: All carriers do that. If you just skip that and get to a person, the CSR actually has the authority to help you (provided you know the last four digits of your ssn), few (if any) other carriers can boast that.
@Andham: They have far and away the best customer service.
And their (non-3G) coverage is the best in my state...
But their lack of 3G coverage (and proprietary 3G band) and crappy phone selection does suck.
The worst is that they were one of the first US carriers to carry HTC phones, now they can't get any of the newer ones to save their subscriber's lives...
